Welcome to NYC Social Fitness Classes!
NYC Social is excited to offer our own brand of Fitness Class instruction to Brooklyn & Manhattan. Our NYC High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes will gather each week for a super social, fun and healthy hour long class followed up by a social happy hour after the class with all of your fellow classmates.
- Classes will be one hour each week. And will run for seven weeks.
- No experience required, this is an open level class.
- Everyone signs up as an individual
What is HIIT?
High Intensity Interval Training is a proven method to improve cardio-respitory function and aid in fat loss. Class begins with a warm up followed by agility and jump training that leads into a variety of fast paced intervals. Class ends with core work and a cool-down.

- When possible, multiple sports will go to the same bar so you can meet lots of new people!
