There are many, many benefits of yoga as I am sure most of you guys have heard previously. Mindbodygreen teamed up with CorePower Yoga for a series of classes focusing on all the benefits,  separating them into different days. This week’s: ENERGY! Tickets have been known to sell out fast, and if that is the case, you can join the waitlist! Preceding the yoga practice portion there will be a quick Eat For Energy talk with a nutrition expert!

Get 25% off in the Reebok store (hello new workout clothes) and donate some supplies for local schools. Don’t worry, if you forget your school supplies, there is a Staples literally right next door!

Annual Feast of San Gennaro

9/13 – 9/23 | Mulberry Street, Little Italy

The 92nd Annual Feast of San Gennaro is here, and it ends this weekend on Sunday! Everyday the feast opens at 11:30AM and closes at 11PM (S-Th) and Midnight (F & S). For those Italian Americans in NYC (me!) this is always such a lovely way to celebrate our heritage. This is an annual celebration of the Patron Saint of Naples, and is coupled with a proceeding down Mulberry Street every September 19th. Come and go as you please! Oh, by the way, come hungry. Zeppoles, cannoli, and meatballs, OH MY!
